It is interesting to see our friends at Sharp offering an Xbox 360 with their high definition LCD's. Gaming consoles are becoming increasingly essential to the home entertainment experience, especially with the multimedia playback features they now offer.

The increase in processing power & production value has also helped the gaming experience to evolve into something quite spectacular with high definition visuals combined with some clever use of surround sound design. Unfortunately, most gamers seem to end up with quite a mediocre "PC" based audio system and don't really know any better until they get to experience what a real system can do to enhance your gaming experience. It certainly adds a whole new dimension to survival horror and FPS such as the Call of Duty series.
