The newest Sonos Soundbar, the Arc Ultra, is a classic Sonos Soundbar with some nicieties like Voice control (Alexa), touch controls and the ability to pair seemlessly with the Sonos Ace wireless headphones.

Of course a Soundbar cannot replace a full surround sound experience with an AV receiver and a suite of good quality speakers. But many people prefer the simple convenience of a Soundbar and for that the Sonos Arc Ultra is a family favourite.

Over and above the Sonos Arc, the Arc Ultra has 14 drivers (Arc has 11) and includes Sonos' Sound Motion technology (outward facing bass drivers) as well as advanced speech enhancement making for a unit that sounds bigger and more cinematic.

It also keeps all these extra drivers in a relatively tight space so there's no worrying about needing extra real estate under the Television for a better speced unit.

Another really cool feature on the Arc Ultra is the Adjustable EQ. For our avid sound lovers, this means you can tweak the bass, treble and loudness conveniently within the Sonos app. Yay!

Amplifiers

Fifteen Class-D digital amplifiers perfectly tuned to the unique acoustic architecture.

Tweeters

Seven precisely angled silk-dome tweeters create crisp high frequencies and clear dialogue. Two of these fire upward, creating dedicated height channels for spatial audio.

Mid-woofers

Six midwoofers ensure faithful playback of mid-range frequencies.

Woofers

Sound Motion™, a four-motor, dual-membrane woofer, delivers exceptional bass in a revolutionary flat, compact design.

Microphones

The far-field microphone array uses advanced beamforming and multichannel echo cancellation for quick and accurate voice control and Trueplay tuning. Disconnect by toggling off the mic switch.
