This home utilised perfectly recessed 55 inch touchscreens as digital art displays in conjunction with a state of art Control4 automation to seamlessly blend art and electronics for a very special lifestyle. It is the type of home where a small flaw in one spot would require an entire section to be remade. The specifications of the interior designer and the client required exacting precision in iteration.

The electronics are all hidden in a central rack. Control 4 10 inch and 7 inch Touch panels control all the home functions. Amina invisible loudspeakers are used in many places including behind wooden panels. There are Monitor Audio In ceiling speakers used for music in other locations. The whole automation system is remote monitored and can be reset and reprogrammed without the owner having to be aware of any interruptions.

There are a variety of Philips high end displays used for a combination of Television. Cable TV, Streaming services, and artwork displays. Some of the 42 inch panels are interactive touch screens themselves that can be utilised for transmorphic art shows ... as well as holiday snaps ...

The video is centrally matrixed so that any source can be displayed on any screen. The object being that a particular show can follow one around in the residence. At any moment the nearest screen can show a camera from the doorstation or elsewhere on demand. The lights are scene managed and timed. The heating and airconditioning is integrated with the control system. A Control4 system of this nature can run your garden fountains and irrigation systems ... not required in Spring St ....
